27 November 2017 For the year 2018, the EPO and the USPTO have agreed on the following publication schedule for the 2018 CPC Scheme and corresponding products updates: - 2018.01 - 2018.02 - 2018.05

1 August 2017 As announced, the 2017.08 version of the CPC scheme which was pre-released on 4 July 2017 is now in force since 1 August 2017.  

24 July 2017 The "CPC Annual Report 2016" provides relevant information on all CPC related activities undertaken during the year 2016

4 July 2017 As of today the material concerning the August 2017 CPC scheme version (2017.08) is available via the "Pre-release" area of the website.

1 May 2017 As announced, the 2017.05 version of the CPC scheme which was pre-released on 4 April 2017 is now in force since 1 May 2017.  

4 April 2017 As of today the material concerning the May 2017 CPC scheme version (2017.05) is available via the "Pre-release" area of the website.

1 February 2017 As announced, the 2017.02 version of the CPC scheme which was pre-released on 13 January 2017 is now in force since 1 February 2017.

12 January 2017 As announced, the 2017.01 version of the CPC scheme which was pre-released on 6 December 2016 is now in force since 1 January 2017.
