1 May 2019 As announced, the 2019.05 version of the CPC scheme which was pre-released on 2 April 2019 is now in force since 1 May 2019.

1 February 2019 As announced, the 2019.02 version of the CPC scheme which was pre-released on 1 January 2019 is now in force since 1 February 2019.

1 January 2019 As announced, the 2019.01 version of the CPC scheme which was pre-released on 4 December 2018 is now in force since 1 January 2019.

4 December 2018   As of today, the material concerning the January 2019 CPC scheme version (2019.02) is available via the "Pre-release" area of the website.

12 October 2018 For the year 2019, the EPO and the USPTO have agreed on the following publication schedule for the 2019 CPC Scheme and corresponding products updates: - 1 January 2019 (CPC 2019.01)

1 August 2018 As announced, the 2018.08 version of the CPC scheme which was pre-released on 3 July 2018 is now in force since 1 August 2018.

3 July 2018   As of today, the material concerning the August 2018 CPC scheme version (2018.08) is available via the "Pre-release" area of the website.  

16 February 2018   As of today, the material concerning the February 2018 CPC scheme version (2018.02) is available via the "Pre-release" area of the website.
