The 2015.04 CPC Scheme is now in force

1 April 2015 As announced, the 2015.04 version of the CPC scheme which was pre-released on 3 March 2015 is now in force.

15 January 2015 As announced, the 2015.01 version of the CPC scheme which was pre-released on 8 December 2014 is now in force.

Notification of upcoming changes to the schema's (xsd) of the CPC scheme and definitions

12 January 2015 The EPO and USPTO have agreed to introduce improvements to the schema's of the CPC scheme and definitions. The changes will enter into force with the April 2015 scheme revisions.
